What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee for our confidential client in Lexington, KY, you'll be trained to source, screen, and qualify candidates while supporting sales and account teams. Your day-to-day will include:
- Identify qualified candidates using recruiting and sourcing tools
- Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and readiness
- Partner with account managers to target accounts, skill sets, and market segments
- Build and maintain industry relationships to generate referrals and leads
- Support customer-service activities related to candidate and client needs
- Participate in community and philanthropic engagement on behalf of the team

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $45,000 — $55,000 per year (starts at $45,000 with a raise to $55,000 after one year as described by the client)
- Unlimited commission potential (weekly commission after training)
- Projected earnings (examples provided by the client):
- Recruiter Year 1: $50,000 | Year 2: $76,000 | Year 3: $102,000
- Sales Manager Year 1: $80,800 | Year 2: $121,500 | Year 3: $150,000

Individual compensation offered will depend on qualifications, experience, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
