What You’ll Do

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and corporate talent in the Jacksonville region, working to connect skilled professionals with client opportunities and support long-term career success.

• Meet with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source qualified candidates using online tools, networks, and targeted outreach
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, goals, and cultural fit
• Conduct reference checks and prepare candidates for client interviews and starts
• Coach candidates through interview processes and check in on their first days on assignment
• Maintain and grow a network of consultants and professionals aligned to industry skill sets
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with candidates so you become a career partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is a plus
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Motivated by targets and a desire to build a recruiting/sales career

Compensation & Pay

• Paid 13-week training period (hourly) to start
• Initial base salary: $45,000 after the paid training period
• Compensation progression: base salary increases to $55,000 after one year of employment
• Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives
• Example earnings (historical): top performers earned significantly more through commissions and bonuses
