What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join their recruiting team in Independence, OH. This entry-level role combines candidate sourcing, screening, and relationship-building with a structured sales training path and clear promotion opportunities.
- Identify and source qualified candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and interest
- Partner with account managers to target accounts, skill sets, and market segments
- Develop and maintain industry contacts; generate referrals and sales leads
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers
- Participate in community and philanthropic initiatives supported by the team
Compensation & Benefits
Confidential Client offers a competitive entry base and a clear path to higher earnings through commission and promotions.
- Base salary: $45,000 (hourly training period), with a planned base increase to $55,000 after one year
- Weekly commission after training period — unlimited earning potential
- Projected earnings (examples): Year 1 ~$50,000; Year 2 ~$76,000; Year 3 ~$102,000
- Sales Manager projected earnings: Year 1 ~$80,800; Year 3 ~$150,000
