What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level recruiters / sales trainees to join a high-growth recruiting team. In this role you will be trained to find, screen, and place talent while developing sales and account-management skills.

• Identify qualified candidates using sourcing tools, job boards, and outreach
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and readiness
• Build and maintain candidate and client relationships
• Partner with account managers to target key accounts and market segments
• Generate referrals and sales leads through networking and industry outreach
• Perform customer-service tasks and support candidate onboarding
• Participate in community and philanthropic initiatives on behalf of the team

Who You Are / Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated, coachable people who want a career in recruiting and sales.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Customer- or sales-focused experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to learn — we provide a structured training program

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation and benefits are provided by the Confidential Client. The role includes a guaranteed base and substantial variable upside.

• Base salary starting at USD 45,000 per year during training
• Competitive commission program with weekly payouts after training
• Scheduled base increase to USD 55,000 after 12 months (per job plan)
• Total compensation projection (examples): Year 1 ~$50,000; Year 2 ~$76,000; Year 3 ~$102,000
• Range listed in source: USD 45,000 — USD 65,000 per year
• Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision, company-funded HSA and 401(k), paid time off, employee discounts
• Performance incentives: quarterly bonuses, company-paid trips, and investment-plan contributions

Individual pay within the posted range will depend on experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
