What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee with our confidential client in Fort Wayne, IN, you will play a central role in sourcing talent, supporting account teams, and driving candidate placements that meet client needs.
- Identify qualified candidates using phone outreach, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, fit, and availability
- Partner with Account Managers to target priority accounts, skill sets, and market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and leads
- Support customer-service activities related to candidate onboarding and placement
- Participate in community engagement and volunteer initiatives driven by the confidential client
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Customer-facing or sales experience (including internships or campus roles) is helpful
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
- Coachable, self-motivated, and focused on measurable results
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $45,000 with a planned raise to $55,000 after one year of employment
- Unlimited earning potential via weekly commission after the training period
- Projected earnings examples (not guaranteed):
- Projected Recruiter Earnings: Year 1: $50,000; Year 2: $76,000; Year 3: $102,000
- Projected Sales Manager Earnings: Year 1: $80,800; Year 2: $121,500; Year 3: $150,000
