About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter / Sales professional to join their staffing team focused on placing low-voltage and electrical trades talent. This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity based in Piney Point Village, TX. The role combines candidate sourcing, high-volume outreach, and sales-oriented account development — a fast path into recruiting, account management, and sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Utilize internal databases and popular job boards to source qualified candidates
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing candidates
- Screen candidates by phone and in person for current and upcoming roles
- Support onboarding and placement coordination for new hires
- Place at least one candidate on a long-term role each week
- Identify sales leads and hand off opportunities to Sales and Account Management teams
- Use creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and/or recent military experience
- Interest in sales, account management, and recruiting
- Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented work style
- Comfortable with a high-activity phone environment and performance metrics
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary: $59,534 per year (estimated) + uncapped commission; average first-year total compensation approximately $53k+
- Paid time off: 15 personal days, 7 holidays, 2 floating holidays
