Compensation

Confidential Client offers a base salary plus uncapped commission.

• Pay rate (base): $43,888 per year
• Additional compensation: Eligible for uncapped commission. Estimated on‑target earnings (base + commission): approximately $60,000 to $70,000 annually (actual earnings will vary based on performance).

Role Overview

This entry‑level recruiting/sales position is ideal for motivated, energetic candidates who want to build a career in recruiting, staffing sales, and account management. The role focuses on candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and matching talent to client opportunities while generating sales leads for the account management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize the company database and external sourcing tools to identify prospective candidates
• Conduct recruiting outreach with a target of ~50 calls per day
• Screen and evaluate candidates for current and future openings
• Facilitate candidate onboarding and complete employment documentation
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruiting strategies
• Match qualified candidates with client job opportunities
• Generate and communicate sales leads to Sales and Account Management teams
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting records

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills
• Interest in recruiting, staffing, sales, or account management
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree, military experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Internship or experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, customer service, or a related field
