Role Summary

Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee to join their talent acquisition team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This entry-level role owns the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and building long-term relationships with consultants and hiring managers. This is a great role for someone who wants structured training, clear growth paths, and high commission upside.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles and industries
• Meet with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and success profiles
• Source candidates using multiple tools and channels (sourcing, outreach, referrals)
• Screen candidates via phone or video interviews and check references
• Coach candidates for interviews and support them through onboarding
• Maintain and grow a network of qualified professionals aligned to industry skill sets
• Track candidate activity and update applicant tracking records accurately

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-based environment
• Coachable, with a desire to grow in recruiting and client-facing roles

Compensation & Perks

Per the original posting, this role includes a combination of base pay, paid training, and unlimited commission potential:

• Paid 13-week training period to start (hourly paid during training)
• Initial base salary of $45,000 after the hourly paid training period, increasing to $55,000 after one year (per source)
• Listed base salary: USD $70,304.00 / year (as published for this posting)
• Unlimited commission potential; performance-based bonuses and top-performer incentives
• Top performers (2021 data) saw significant earnings growth in subsequent years
