What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, full-cycle recruiting role where you will learn the craft, build relationships, and help place talented professionals. As an Entry-Level Recruiter (Sales Trainee) you will:

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle: meet with hiring managers, source candidates, screen and interview, run reference checks, and manage offer/placement communication
• Source qualified professionals using recruiting tools, job boards, social media, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates to understand skills, goals, and cultural fit; coach candidates for interviews and onboarding
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and client expectations; support them through their first day and beyond
• Maintain and grow a network of consultants/candidates with industry-specific skill sets
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and act as a career partner for your candidate network

Schedule & Location

• On-site role located in Quivira, KS (authoritative job location)
• Full-time: typical hours 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Overtime potential: average of ~8 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid 13-week training period (hourly during training)
• Initial base salary of $45,000 after training; increases to $55,000 after one year
• Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
• Customer service, leadership, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment and tracking metrics
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
