What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Entry Level Recruiter to join a fast-paced recruiting and sales team. You will be trained and mentored to source, screen, and place candidates across IT, engineering, accounting, and finance roles for a range of clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
- Recruit for openings across IT, engineering, accounting, and finance.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Make outbound calls and conduct interviews by phone, in-person, or teleconference.
- Source candidates via internal databases, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and other channels.
- Extend offers and coordinate placements to ensure strong matches between candidates and clients.
- Track activity and candidate status in the applicant tracking system; meet activity and placement targets.
Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Entry-level sales experience (phone-based sales, cold calling, door-to-door) or internships in sales, recruiting, or business development.
- Competitive, results-driven mindset with a desire to exceed goals.
- Strong phone communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-changing, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable working in an on-site/hybrid setting (hybrid flexibility available based on goals and targets reached).

Location & Schedule
This role is an on-site / hybrid position based in McCandless Township (North Hills), Pittsburgh, PA. Typical hours are full-time; specific schedule will be set by Confidential Client.
