What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles. This is a hands-on, in-office position ideal for recent graduates or motivated candidates who thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with top talent
• Generate high-volume candidate flow using sourcing tools, social outreach, and referrals
• Conduct phone screens and manage the interview process from sourcing through offer
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience during initial onboarding and paperwork processing
• Document candidate interactions, interview progress, offers and feedback accurately in the ATS (Avature)
• Maintain timely dispositioning and onboarding paperwork with high attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable — you set ambitious goals and work relentlessly to achieve them
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-urgency environment
• Able to work 100% in-office (local commute required)

• Base salary starting at $45,000 (pay range indicated in source materials; estimated average pay shown ~$47,262/year)
