Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Recruiter to join a fast‑growing financial services recruiting team. This full‑time position focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for roles across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and other financial services firms. The role offers structured training, mentorship, a competitive base salary (estimated) and uncapped commission potential.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit professionals across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and other financial services firms
- Build relationships with candidates via phone, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate experience, qualifications, and career goals
- Match qualified candidates to open positions with our financial services clients
- Manage candidate workflow through interview stages and offer processes
- Partner with senior recruiters and account managers on active searches
- Work toward individual recruiting targets and performance goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years professional experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and proactive outreach
- Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated to succeed
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
- Interest in financial services, recruiting, or sales
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay: $53,018 per year (estimated)
