The Entry Level Recruiter at Confidential Client is responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching top technology and engineering professionals with client opportunities. This role involves building strong candidate and client relationships, partnering with sales teams, and managing the full recruiting lifecycle to meet placement goals in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Recruiter you'll connect top professionals with roles where they can make an impact while helping our client solve workforce challenges in technology and engineering. You will build relationships with candidates, partner with sales/account teams, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
- Build and grow a network of candidates via sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
- Partner with sales/account teams to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Match candidates to roles that align with their experience, skills, and career goals
- Coach candidates on resumes, interview prep, and offer negotiation
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communications through offer and onboarding
- Provide onboarding support and maintain consultant relationships throughout assignments
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Consistently hit activity and placement goals

- Estimated base salary: $51,685 per year (estimated)
