The Entry Level Recruiter at Confidential Client is responsible for building and maintaining talent networks, sourcing and screening candidates, and matching them with suitable IT consulting opportunities. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, conducting interviews, providing candidate coaching, and supporting consultants throughout their assignments to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join its talent team focused on IT staffing and human capital solutions. In this role you’ll build candidate pipelines, qualify talent, and support placements for consulting and professional services clients.
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client hiring needs and role requirements
- Source and identify niche-skilled candidates using phone outreach, social sourcing, and ATS tools
- Qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews before presenting to clients
- Assess applicants’ skills, experience, and culture fit to match open positions
- Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, offer guidance, and interview feedback to candidates
- Manage daily recruiting activities, adapt to new challenges, and prioritize multiple openings
- Deliver onboarding and post-placement support to consultants during assignments
- Meet weekly metrics for outreach, interviews, and placements; set personal and team goals with manager support
- Perform other typical recruiter duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
