Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Recruiter | Sales Trainee to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, sciences, and corporate talent. This is an on-site role in Maitland, FL with a structured training program, hourly-paid training period, and clear compensation progression after training.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and relationship building:

• Meet with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source qualified candidates using recruiting tools and direct outreach
• Screen candidates via interviews and reference checks to assess fit
• Communicate opportunities and prepare candidates for onboarding
• Coach candidates for interviews and check in during their first days on assignment
• Maintain and grow a network of industry-specific consultants and professionals
• Build trusted, long-term relationships and act as a career partner to candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer service, leadership, or sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, performance-based environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a metrics-driven sales/recruiting role

Compensation & Perks

• Paid 13-week training period (hourly paid)
• Base salary: $45,000 after training, increasing to $55,000 after one year of employment
• Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives
