Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter / Sales Trainee in Lexington, KY. This is a full-time, entry-level role responsible for owning the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and corporate roles, building relationships with candidates, and supporting hiring managers. Paid training is provided; strong commission and incentive potential.

What You’ll Do

• Own full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles
• Meet with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using recruiting tools, networks, and outreach
• Screen candidates via phone/video interviews and reference checks
• Prepare candidates for interviews and new-role onboarding
• Coach and advise candidates to maximize placement success
• Maintain and grow a network of qualified consultants and professionals
• Conduct ongoing relationship-building and check-ins to ensure retention and satisfaction

• Initial base salary of $45,000 after hourly paid training; increases to $55,000 after one year

Compensation Transparency

• Salary range: USD $45,000 — $55,000 per year (base after training period). Individual pay will depend on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
• Demonstrated top performers may significantly exceed base pay via commissions and incentives.
