Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to launch your recruiting career in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing IT talent with client organizations. You will work closely with sales and hiring managers to build pipelines, coach candidates, and support placements from interview through onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and account teams to understand client hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain timely candidate communication
- Coach candidates on resumes, interview preparation, and offer negotiation
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Track weekly activity and metrics (calls, interviews, placements) and meet performance goals
- Deliver onboarding and post-placement support to ensure successful starts
