Entry Level Recruiter - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
The Entry Level Recruiter at Confidential Client is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to source and hire sales talent nationwide. This role emphasizes relationship building, communication, and a metrics-driven approach within a fast-paced, on-site environment, supported by comprehensive training and strong career advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Cultivate relationships and maintain clear communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill sales-focused roles with top talent.
- Generate a high volume of candidate flow using sourcing channels (phone outreach, job boards, social media, referrals).
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer, and support a seamless onboarding experience.
- Record candidate interactions, interview progress, offers and feedback accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature).
- Prepare and process onboarding paperwork and disposition candidates with attention to detail and compliance.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with an elite work ethic and ambitious goals.
- Strong relationship-building and clear verbal/written communication skills.
- Coachable, accountable, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Comfortable using modern recruiting technologies and applicant tracking systems (Avature experience is a plus).
- 100% in-office work requirement in Irving, TX.
