Responsibilities

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter (training provided) to build and maintain talent networks and support clients by sourcing qualified candidates for consulting and project roles. This is an entry-level recruiting role with excellent training and growth potential.

• Collaborate with sales/account teams to define client hiring needs and hiring timelines
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify niche-skilled candidates
• Qualify candidates using phone, virtual, and in-person interviews before presenting them to clients
• Assess applicants’ skills, experience and cultural fit for open roles
• Provide candidates with resume coaching, mock interviews, offer guidance, and interview feedback
• Manage daily recruiting activities and adapt to new problems and priorities
• Support onboarding and provide post-placement follow-up to ensure consultant/client success
• Consistently meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews, and placements
• Set and track personal and team goals with manager support
• Perform other duties typical for recruiting roles as assigned
