About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level recruiters (Sales Trainees) to join an internal recruiting team in Glendale, CO. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for motivated candidates who enjoy building relationships, coaching others, and learning full-cycle recruiting. No prior recruiting experience required — paid training and mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

You will own elements of the recruiting lifecycle, including:

• Source qualified candidates with recruiting tools and platforms
• Meet with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Screen candidates through phone/video interviews and reference checks
• Coach candidates on interview readiness and onboarding expectations
• Communicate opportunities and prepare consultants for new assignments
• Maintain and grow a network of talent aligned to industry needs
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer service, leadership, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team and performance-based environment

Compensation & Perks

• Initial base salary of $50,000 after hourly paid training period; increases to $60,000 after one year
• Unlimited commission potential and performance-based incentives

Schedule & Location

• On-site in Glendale, CO — 5 days per week
• Full-time | Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
