Position Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter for a fully on-site role in Dunwoody, GA. This is a hands-on, full-time role built as a 1-year accelerated track into Client Account Management. You’ll learn core talent-acquisition skills — sourcing, screening, pipeline management — while shadowing senior Account Managers and gaining commercial exposure to move into an Account Manager role within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and outreach using job boards, social media, and targeted cold outreach
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate skills, experience, and fit
• Maintain candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications
• Shadow senior Account Managers on client intake calls, workforce planning, and account reviews
• Perform market research to understand hiring trends and role skillsets in target markets
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on recruiting metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology are strong pluses)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a confident phone presence
• High motivation, competitive drive, and a record of setting and reaching goals
• Excellent organization and time-management skills for a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Desire to build a long-term career in recruiting and client account management
