What You’ll Do

- Develop market expertise and track industry trends.
- Present qualified candidates and support clients throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruiting technology and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and activity.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great experience for candidates and clients.
Who You Are
- Strong communicator with relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable talking with professionals at multiple seniority levels.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Curious, resilient, and eager to learn and grow in recruiting and executive search.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — relevant experience (internships, sales, customer service, campus leadership, athletics) is valued.
- Able to work onsite in our Cleveland, OH office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base compensation: $74,735 per year (estimated).
