What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients across the Chicago market — identify opportunities, win new business through targeted outreach and lead generation.
- Own full-cycle recruitment for permanent and contract roles: source, screen, interview, present shortlists and guide offers to placement.
- Grow and maintain a network of candidates and clients using online tools, direct sourcing, and relationship-building.
- Run structured interviews to evaluate experience, capability and motivation; provide consultative hiring advice to clients.
- Lead contract and fee negotiations with clients and support candidate offer discussions.
- Track and achieve performance metrics (submissions, placements, revenue) and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree (expected Spring 2027 acceptable) or equivalent experience.
- Internship or work experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or related fields.
- Competitive, high-energy attitude with resilience and a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve metrics, deliver results, and work within a metrics-driven promotion path.
- Comfortable with outreach, cold contact, and consultative selling.
- Active in campus clubs/organizations or extracurricular leadership is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $60,000 — $80,000 per year.
- Uncapped quarterly commission.
