The Entry Level Recruiter at Confidential Client, under the Brooksource brand, is responsible for building and maintaining talent networks, sourcing and screening candidates, and matching them with IT consulting opportunities. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, conducting interviews, providing candidate coaching, and supporting consultants throughout their assignments to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
This role is for an Entry Level Recruiter in Charlotte, NC supporting a Confidential Client in the Consulting and Professional Services sector. You will help build talent pipelines for technical and consulting roles and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent networks of long-term professional relationships for IT and consulting roles
- Collaborate with client-facing sales/account teams to define hiring needs and search strategy
- Source and screen candidates using phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
- Qualify applicants by assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit before presenting to clients
- Provide candidates with resume coaching, mock interviews, offer negotiation guidance, and interview feedback
- Manage onboarding and post-placement support to ensure consultant success and client satisfaction
- Consistently meet weekly metrics (calls, interviews, placements) and personal/team goals
- Triage daily tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle new problems with a solution mindset
- Perform other duties typical to the role as assigned
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $66,202 per year (estimated)
