Recruiting with our Confidential Client in HR & Recruitment is an entry-level, on-site role designed for recent graduates and career changers who want fast advancement and high earning potential. No prior recruiting experience required — paid training is provided.

What you’ll do
- Source and engage a high volume of candidates using phone, email and other channels
- Conduct phone screens and manage candidates through the full interview-to-offer lifecycle
- Partner closely with on-site hiring managers to understand roles and priorities
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Avature) and process onboarding paperwork with attention to detail
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Elite work ethic and ability to work 100% in-office (this role is on-site)
- Strong customer focus and the ability to use modern recruiting technologies
- Desire to grow within a fast-paced recruiting organization
