Position Summary
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to join their talent team supporting Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain hires. This is an entry-level to early-career recruiting role with structured training, strong advancement potential, and uncapped commission opportunity for performance.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with internal stakeholders and client contacts to understand talent needs and hiring priorities.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using multi-channel strategies (phone, email, social, job boards, outreach).
- Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling; provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain pipelines for roles in Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain functions.
- Support business development and account management activities to grow client relationships and repeat business.
- Track activity and candidate progress in ATS and provide market insights and candidate intelligence to the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or sales experience — 2+ years preferred but not required.
- Any experience in Business Development, outbound sales, or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn a full-cycle recruiting process.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
- Ability to work onsite in Akron, Ohio.
