What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Quality Control (QC) laboratory role where you’ll perform hands-on testing and documentation in a fast-paced QC lab supporting a Confidential Client in the pharmaceutical/scientific industry.

• Perform routine wet chemistry and QC laboratory testing
• Conduct assays such as pH, titrations, viscosity, osmolality, and NCH/wet chemistry testing
• Operate general laboratory instrumentation following written procedures
• Accurately record test activities and results in lab documentation systems
• Follow written procedures, laboratory requirements, and applicable quality standards (GMP expectations)
• Manage multiple testing tasks and shifting priorities in a high-volume environment
• Maintain strong attention to detail while completing repetitive and time-sensitive work
• Work collaboratively with laboratory and quality team members and learn new techniques through hands-on training
• Support other laboratory activities as assigned

Shift & Compensation

• Location: 100% onsite in Bellmead, TX
• Shift: Fixed Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Second shift). Must be able to work this schedule with no flexibility.
• Training: Approximately one week of first-shift training required before moving to regular second shift
• Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

Minimum Qualifications

We welcome candidates from nontraditional backgrounds. Scientific degrees are not required.

• BS or AS in psychology or a related field with an interest in science — OR equivalent real-world experience
• Real-world work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is strongly valued (examples: restaurant, food service, retail, hospitality, customer service, manufacturing, production)
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, work with urgency, and pivot between priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn in a structured, team-based setting
• Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently and document work accurately
• Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be available for the fixed second-shift schedule and the one-week first-shift training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous wet chemistry, laboratory, GMP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
