Position Overview

Confidential Client (via Careertakes) is hiring an Entry Level Project Manager to join a Storage Development team in Tucson, AZ. This entry-level role blends product development and project execution: you’ll help define lifecycle service offerings, coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, solution design, sales, marketing, delivery), and manage projects to meet contractual, financial, and quality goals. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in IT project delivery, service design, and client-facing execution.

What You’ll Do

• Support development, management, and evolution of lifecycle service offerings across hardware, software, and hybrid environments.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to surface client needs and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, solutioning, and delivery teams to define service scope, pricing models, and value propositions.
• Create offering documentation, value narratives, and internal enablement materials.
• Track key performance metrics to assess adoption, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee execution of contractual deliverables for assigned clients and ensure services meet quality and financial objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery models, automation, and client experience.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Practical experience in project management or hands-on experience building/deploying products.
• Familiarity with agile practices and design thinking.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work at least 3 days per week from the Tucson, AZ office.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Estimated compensation

• Estimated salary: $84,140 per year (estimated).

Location & Work Expectations

• Job location: Tucson, AZ (office-required hybrid model). Candidates must be able to work at least three days per week onsite in Tucson.
