Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Project Manager (Construction) in Saint Louis, MO. This is an early-career/full-time role supporting concrete and ground-up construction projects (foundations, slab-on-grade, tilt-up, exterior pavements). Estimated pay: approximately $69,278 per year (estimated).

What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day managerial and administrative project duties: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review & coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
- Participate in scope and materials review meetings with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee material buyout and coordinate procurement tasks.
- Coordinate with field leadership (e.g., superintendent) to align on schedule, safety, and quality targets.
- Run or attend progress meetings and prepare concise status updates.
- Monitor project costs and assist with maintaining budget controls.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders across project teams to resolve issues and keep work moving.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.
- 0–3 years of project support or project management experience with a general contractor or concrete company preferred but not required.
- Experience on ground-up projects preferred — warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, and lab/pharma facilities are a plus.
- Estimating experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling tools).
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a cost-conscious mindset.
- Willingness to work on-site in Saint Louis, MO and travel between local project sites as needed.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
