What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking an Entry-level Project Engineer to support industrial construction and material handling projects in the Glendale, CO area. This role provides hands-on project experience, client exposure, and a clear development path into Project Management.

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution from kickoff through completion
• Work directly with clients, owners, vendors, and internal project teams
• Track project schedules, budgets, action items, and deliverables
• Coordinate between office and field personnel to ensure project success
• Prepare and assist with submittals, RFIs, reports, logs, and project documentation
• Support technical problem solving on conveyor systems, structural steel, automated material handling, and related industrial systems
• Travel to project sites as needed to support project teams
• Learn project leadership skills with mentorship and on-the-job training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of engineering, construction, project coordination, or related experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Bluebeam experience preferred
• AutoCAD experience is a plus

Pay & Location

• Pay range: $48.00 - $65.00 per hour (Contract-to-hire). Individual pay will depend on qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors; consistent with Colorado pay transparency requirements this range is provided.
• Location: Glendale, CO (role will support projects across the Denver metro area)
