About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Project Control Analyst to join their Project Management business line in Boston, MA. This early-career role provides hands-on exposure to project controls fundamentals — financial terminology, WBS principles, cost and schedule analysis, and company financial systems — with mentorship and opportunities to support live projects.
What You’ll Do
- Support project cost and schedule analysis by researching and compiling data for reporting and review.
- Learn and apply Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) concepts to organize project information.
- Assist with financial reporting tasks and become familiar with project accounting concepts and terminology.
- Support use of company financial and cornerstone systems; help ensure data accuracy and traceability.
- Contribute to processes that increase recognition of financial impacts from project activities.
- Assist in preparing materials and metrics for project reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Participate in team collaboration and training sessions; attend in-person Day 1 onboarding as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (required).
- Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills — able to summarize findings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a hybrid team environment (Boston, MA).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data-visualization tools.
- Familiarity with accounting concepts, cost control, or schedule analysis.
- Coursework or internships in construction management, engineering, finance, or related fields.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: USD 80,000 — USD 85,000 per year (range provided by client).
- Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, retirement plans, and other programs depending on employment status with the client.
- No relocation assistance; U.S. work‑authorization sponsorship is not available now or in the future for this position.

- Work Location Model: Hybrid (Boston, MA).
- This role requires in-person Day 1 onboarding at a client office location as a condition of employment.
- Hiring Event: Confidential Client previously hosted a hiring event in Boston for early-career candidates; candidates may be considered for roles with start dates in Spring/Summer 2027.
