Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level programming opportunity in Kennydale, WA. This one-year (or less) intensive program blends classroom technical instruction, professional development, and an internship experience with employer partners. The program is designed to launch your career in IT through hands-on learning, mentorship, and placement support.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Receive instructor-led training in application development, IT support, data analysis, and project management
- Participate in professional development classes covering communication, interviewing, networking, and resume building
- Complete an internship placement with employer partners to apply technical skills on real projects
- Collaborate with peers and mentors and receive ongoing career coaching and placement assistance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (employer will verify work authorization)
- Available Monday–Friday for program hours throughout the program duration
- No bachelor’s degree (program is targeted at candidates without a 4‑year degree)
- Highly motivated, coachable, and committed to completing the training and internship phases
- May be required to answer screening questions during application
Compensation & Logistics
- Location: Kennydale, WA (on-site / local internships)
- Employment type: Full-time placement; contract arrangements may apply during program/internship phases
- Program length: One year or less (classroom + internship phases)
- Estimated annual figure (advertised estimate): $70,991 per year — provided by the ad source and not guaranteed
- Internship educational stipend during the internship phase: $525 per week (as stated by the program)
- Start date: Varies; applicants should be available to begin when the program cohort starts
