Program Overview
Confidential Client is offering an entry-level, paid programming and professional-skills training program based in Highland Park / Dallas, TX. This is a full-time training-to-internship opportunity designed for candidates without a bachelor’s degree who are ready to build technical and workplace skills and gain hands-on internship experience with partner employers.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in classroom-based technical training focused on application development and related disciplines
- Build foundational programming skills, collaborate on projects, and complete applied assignments
- Take part in professional development workshops (resume building, interviewing, networking)
- If selected for the internship phase, contribute to real-world projects with partner organizations under mentorship
- Attend all required Monday–Friday training sessions and complete program milestones

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

- Interest in software/application development, IT support, or data analytics
