Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking motivated candidates for an Entry Level Programming Opportunity based in Chicago (Lower West Side). This is a full-time, cohort-based technical training program that combines classroom instruction, professional skill-building, and a paid internship placement to help you launch an IT career.


What You’ll Do

This program is hands-on and structured to move you from training to placement. Typical responsibilities and activities include:

  • Participate in an intensive technical curriculum covering application development, IT support, data analytics, network security, and project management
  • Attend professional development workshops (resume writing, interviewing, networking)
  • Complete hands-on labs, group projects, and assessments
  • If selected for the internship phase, apply classroom skills on real-world projects with placement partners in the Chicago area
  • Follow program guidelines and be available Monday–Friday for the duration of the cohort

Who We're Looking For

We recruit entry-level candidates who demonstrate a strong desire to start an IT career. Minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Available Monday–Friday for the length of the program
  • Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Have not completed a bachelor’s degree
  • Willing to complete any additional screening or application steps required by the confidential client

Preferred (but not required):

  • Basic familiarity with computers and logical problem solving
  • Interest in one or more of: application development, IT support, data analytics, or network security
