About the Role
Confidential Client seeks motivated candidates for an entry-level programming and technical training program in Bellevue, WA. This opportunity combines classroom instruction, hands-on technical coursework, and a structured internship placement designed to launch careers in IT and related fields. The program includes a paid stipend during the internship phase.
What You’ll Do
This program is a training-to-work pathway. Participating learners will:
- Learn fundamentals of application development, IT support, data analytics, network security, and project workflows
- Complete instructor-led coursework and hands-on labs
- Participate in professional development: resume building, interview practice, and workplace communication
- Be matched to an internship placement with partner employers in the Seattle/Bellevue area
- Apply classroom learning to real-world projects during the internship
Who Should Apply
You should apply if you meet the eligibility requirements and are committed to a Monday–Friday training schedule:
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Have not obtained a bachelor’s degree
- Available Monday–Friday for the program duration
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills

- Classroom training in: Application Development, IT Support, Data Analytics, Network Security & Support, Project Management, Business Operations, and industry-specific tracks (e.g., Banking).
- Internship placements with partner organizations in the Seattle/Bellevue area; internship employers may include large regional employers and technology organizations.
- Paid educational stipend during the internship phase (program materials list a stipend figure during internships).
