What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Program Analyst to support a NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) program. You will support Sales/Business Development and Program teams by preparing RFQ responses, assembling quotes, and tracking awarded orders through execution and closeout.
- Support Pre-Award RFQ and quote activities: review RFQ instructions and deadlines, maintain the active quote queue, request and follow up on vendor quotes, compile pricing, and build response packages using approved templates.
- Coordinate Technical Refresh (TR) and provider-readiness tasks: check contract coverage, prepare and submit TRs, collect supporting inputs, and track external approvals.
- Maintain provider and vendor records: assist with provider setup/updates, deal registrations, special pricing requests, and OEM/distributor coordination.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination: collect Engineering inputs (BOMs, configurations, labor estimates), route contractual items to Contracts, and coordinate with Sales/Business Development on capture/customer questions.
- Perform quality control on submissions: verify contract line items, reconcile vendor records and pricing, route packages for PM/DPM approval, and retain final confirmations and records.
- Support Post-Award program activities: compare awards to submitted quotes, coordinate order setup with Program Management/Contracts/Procurement/Finance, provide procurement with approved vendor quotes and sourcing details, and track order status through closeout.
