Compensation

What You’ll Do

The Entry Level Production Supervisor will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced beverage/CPG environment. This is a hands-on, people-focused role responsible for meeting safety, quality, and production targets while coaching and developing team members.

  • Lead and coordinate production teams to achieve safety, quality, and throughput goals
  • Supervise, coach, and train operators; manage performance and development plans
  • Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (reduce waste, increase efficiency)
  • Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve production issues and support schedules
  • Track production metrics and maintain accurate shift reporting

Qualifications / Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment (college graduates encouraged)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable working on the production floor and leading by example

Preferred:

  • Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools

Physical & Schedule Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
  • Must be able to work 8-hour shifts and overtime as needed
