What You’ll Do
The Entry Level Production Supervisor will lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced beverage/CPG environment. This is a hands-on, people-focused role responsible for meeting safety, quality, and production targets while coaching and developing team members.
- Lead and coordinate production teams to achieve safety, quality, and throughput goals
- Supervise, coach, and train operators; manage performance and development plans
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (reduce waste, increase efficiency)
- Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain to resolve production issues and support schedules
- Track production metrics and maintain accurate shift reporting
Qualifications / Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment (college graduates encouraged)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working on the production floor and leading by example
Preferred:
- Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts and overtime as needed
