What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Production Cleaning Specialist to perform facility and equipment sanitation tasks that support safe, efficient food production.

• Create and maintain a spotless, safe production environment using approved sanitation methods.
• Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment to meet food-safety and quality standards.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment when trained (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums, scissor lifts).
• Prevent cross-contamination by following proper material and product handling during sanitation.
• Follow Sanitation SOPs and complete sanitation logs, work orders, and other required documentation accurately.
• Remove trash, mop floors, clear drains, and maintain exterior work areas as needed.
• Help maintain sanitation tools and equipment; support other departments after appropriate training.
• Comply with FDA, OSHA, and client policies and procedures.

Shift & Pay

• Competitive hourly pay — base range: $17.15 – $34.25 per hour.
• Schedule: 12-hour Day Shift, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Rotation offers predictable time off (every other weekend off) on a consistent rotating schedule:
  • Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
  • Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
  • Week 3: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
  • Week 4: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous cleaning or sanitation experience preferred but not required — on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, complete logs accurately, and meet safety requirements.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and with routine physical tasks.
