About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring participants for a one-year (or shorter) intensive training program focused on Customer Experience and Product Support within the Sales industry. The program combines classroom training, professional coaching, and a paid internship placement in the Pittsburgh area with a Confidential Client partner. This opportunity is designed for entry-level candidates who want hands-on experience and a pathway into customer success, finance-adjacent roles, or product support.
What You’ll Do
- Complete technical and professional classroom training focused on product and service knowledge, customer-centric support, and basic finance concepts.
- Participate in a supervised internship placement to apply learned skills in a live business environment.
- Practice professional communication, interviewing, resume building, and networking.
- Learn fundamentals of Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims as they relate to product support workflows.
- Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to prepare for full-time roles after program completion.
Who We’re Looking For
- High school graduate or GED recipient (no bachelor’s degree).
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (must meet applicable work-authorization requirements).
- Available Monday–Friday for the program duration.
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn technical and professional skills.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-facing mindset — customer service or sales interest is a plus.
- This is an entry-level role; prior professional experience is not required. Applicants may be asked screening questions as part of the application process.
