What You’ll Do
You will join a product team at a Confidential Client developing AI-enabled, data-driven products. In this entry-level Product Manager role you will help shape product strategy, translate technical capabilities into customer value, and support execution across engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
- Define product strategy aligned with user needs and business objectives
- Translate ML models, APIs, and data pipelines into clear product requirements
- Prioritize the backlog using data-informed frameworks and support roadmap execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable features
- Incorporate responsible AI principles (transparency, fairness, compliance) into product decisions
- Monitor product performance with analytics and user feedback; iterate on outcomes
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and partners
- Advocate for user experience and usability in AI-driven interfaces
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong fundamentals in product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog management
- Understanding of AI, ML, or data lifecycle concepts
- Experience with Agile practices such as sprint planning and iterative delivery
- Ability to analyze product data, use analytics tools, and interpret metrics
- Clear communication, storytelling skills, and ability to align stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage dependencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise or AI-powered products
- Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and governance
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
- Hands-on exposure to product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) or A/B testing

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $109,120 — $163,680 per year (range provided by Confidential Client)
