What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is looking for an Entry Level Process Engineer to join their manufacturing team in Hopkinsville, KY. You will support production optimization, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Analyze current production systems and identify opportunities for Kaizen and process improvements
• Develop and implement solutions to improve production efficiency and yield
• Troubleshoot, repair, and support manufacturing systems and line equipment, including PLCs
• Partner with Maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime
• Ensure team adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and operate efficiently
• Follow ISO standards and company procedures for quality and process control
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Internship or hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to contribute positively in team settings
• Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and across functions
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented, punctual, responsible, and self-motivated
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Location: Hopkinsville, KY (on-site)
• Employment type: Full-time
• Estimated salary (from source): $70,224 per year (estimated)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, lift in excess of 30 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
