Entry Level Play-Based Therapist (Paid Training)
The Entry Level Play-Based Therapist at Confidential Client provides 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies and documenting progress. - Pay range: $21.18 to $28.42 per hour (based on experience & education).
- Fully paid, in-person 2-week orientation with hands-on training — ideal for entry-level candidates.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed in partnership with your supervising BCBA.
- Use evidence-based ABA practices to help families achieve meaningful progress.
- Collect and document session data in EMR systems to track treatment goals.
- Collaborate closely with families and clinical supervisors to build supportive, consistent environments.
- Follow crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting requirements.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children; experience with autism is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or master’s degree also accepted.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently between client sites within a 30–40 minute radius.
- Comfortable using EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Compassionate, coachable, and committed to a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Requirements, Compliance & Logistics
- This is a part-time, onsite role that requires travel to client homes/schools — a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Position requires successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.
