Role Overview
Join a confidential client as an Entry Level Platform Engineer supporting vehicle systems and platform integration. This early-career engineering role focuses on coordinating cross-functional engineering activities, tracking deliverables, and assisting with vehicle/system integration for new product development. The position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who enjoys problem solving, collaboration, and learning on the job.
Responsibilities
- Support engineering activities across the product development lifecycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather technical information, resolve issues, and coordinate engineering efforts
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and other business functions
- Assist with vehicle and system integration activities for new product development programs
- Track engineering deliverables, action items, and project milestones to help keep programs on schedule
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and problem‑solving sessions
- Help evaluate engineering designs against cost, quality, and performance objectives
- Document engineering changes, report project status, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science

Desired Skills & Experience
- Internship or co-op experience within the commercial automotive or vehicle industry (helpful)
- Experience working on cross-functional engineering projects
- Exposure to vehicle development, product design, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with engineering project-management or product-development processes from coursework, internships, or co-ops
- Hands-on experience from engineering competitions (Formula SAE, Baja SAE), robotics, or similar projects
