Program Overview
Confidential Client is hiring for an Entry‑Level Pharmacy Operations Associate as part of a structured, full‑time rotational training program. This paid training program prepares you for an operational role in closed‑door pharmacy services—learn critical workflows, get hands‑on experience, and transition into a permanent role that matches your skills and interests.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Enter, validate, and maintain pharmacy‑related data with high accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data entry and prescription fulfillment issues
- Communicate with patients, providers, and insurers via phone and secure messaging to complete prescription processing
- Use Confidential Client’s proprietary pharmacy tools and technologies
- Adhere to patient privacy and security protocols (HIPAA)
- Complete assigned learning modules, evaluations, and project milestones during training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient‑centric mindset with empathy and a desire to help others
- Basic computer proficiency (web browser navigation, data entry, multi‑tab workflows)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and processes
Training, Location & Schedule
- Location: On‑site in Robinson Township (Pittsburgh), PA
- Training: 12 weeks mandatory, paid training (full time)
- Training hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
- Post‑training schedule: Full time, on‑site; variable 8‑hour shifts with start times between 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM EST
- Weekend requirement: Rotating Saturday shifts may be required
- Program start dates (examples): October 12, 2026; November 2, 2026; November 30, 2026
Rotational Areas (Examples)
- Prior Authorization Support — complete and submit prior authorization forms
- Provider / Patient / Insurer Communications — conduct outbound and inbound outreach to resolve prescription issues
- Data entry and validation across pharmacy workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay: $52,722 per year (estimated)
