What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Paralegal to join their Garden City office. This is a hands-on role supporting litigation and transactional work in real estate and default services.
- Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents
- E-file with various court systems and perform document recording
- Maintain and organize client and case files, filing systems, and calendars
- Monitor and adhere to legal deadlines; prepare reports for attorneys
- Correspond with and update clients as needed
- Organize and archive documents related to ongoing and completed matters
What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage a heavy workload
- Comfortable on the phone and working under pressure
- Excellent time-management skills
- Internship or prior paralegal/legal experience is a plus
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18.00 per hour (approximately $47,460/year)
