What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Operations Management Trainee program is a hands-on, entry-level training designed to develop future frontline leaders in airport and vehicle fleet operations. During the eight-week program you will rotate through core operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance. After training, you will transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions.

Key responsibilities (training and post‑training):

  • Participate in structured rotations across airport operational functions (sales, logistics, customer service)
  • Support fleet operations and vehicle readiness activities
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and service-level indicators
  • Lead and coach frontline team members after promotion into supervisory responsibilities
  • Ensure safety, service, and policy compliance across shifts
  • Assist with problem resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent bachelor’s degree OR associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, strong teamwork skills, and good independent decision-making
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and moderate noise conditions
  • One year of high-quality customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform job tasks that include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, walking, kneeling, and entering/exiting vehicles

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely. The role involves physical tasks and time working outdoors and around vehicles. Reasonable accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law.


Compensation

  • Annual starting salary: $50,000
  • Final offer may vary based on geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other job-related qualifications.
