What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry‑Level Office Assistant (Business Administrator) to join an administrative team supporting nonprofit, association, and business clients. This is an entry-level role designed to build foundational office and operational skills with clear paths for growth.
- Provide operational and administrative support to client teams
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and client contacts
- Assist managers in supporting employees and daily operations
- Produce standard and ad‑hoc reports for management
- Maintain filing and record systems; manage documentation
- Support special projects as assigned and handle account‑specific data entry/processing
- Learn the business from the ground up and transition into focused areas as you develop
Qualifications
Candidates who will succeed in this role typically have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical mindset with an ability to learn processes quickly
