Position Overview
Confidential Client (Mortgage & Financial Services) is hiring motivated, coachable entry-level sales professionals to join their mortgage consulting team in Kettering, MD. This is a full-time, on-site sales role working exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling. You’ll receive paid training, licensing support, and a clear career path with uncapped earnings.
What You’ll Do
- Work with inbound, pre-screened leads — no cold calling
- Consult with prospective customers by phone to understand financial goals
- Educate customers on mortgage and financing options and guide them through the process
- Review basic financial and credit information to recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage communications via phone, email, and CRM to move applications forward
- Collect required documentation and coordinate the process through closing
- Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver a high-quality customer experience

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong verbal communication skills and phone confidence
