About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Mental Health Therapist (Associate level) to deliver telehealth counseling services to a diverse caseload. This remote, full‑time role provides structured clinical supervision and opportunities to accrue supervised hours toward licensure while working Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (telehealth).

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy via telehealth to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
• Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR), maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal/ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to develop and track individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in biweekly case reviews and regular team meetings to coordinate care and share clinical insights.
• Engage in weekly clinical supervision to develop skills, review ethical issues, and receive feedback focused on licensure readiness.

Who You Are / Qualifications

• Currently registered in California as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related mental health discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
• Strong clinical judgment, high ethical standards, and commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Motivated to grow professionally and pursue licensure with structured supervision.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of clinical experience (internships, practicum, or comparable counseling roles).
• Prior experience delivering therapy via telehealth platforms and familiarity with virtual engagement best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD 65,000 — 85,000 per year (range provided in accordance with California pay‑transparency requirements).

Work Environment & Schedule
