Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking Associate-level, entry-stage Mental Health Counselors to provide remote outpatient therapy and earn supervised hours toward licensure. This full-time contractor role supports clinical development in a collaborative environment and offers a competitive salary range of $65,000–$85,000 per year.

Work Environment
This is a remote (telecommute) role with core hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will conduct sessions using secure virtual platforms and participate in weekly supervision and team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients across age groups and diagnostic presentations using appropriate therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Participate in case reviews and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment planning.
- Support development and regular evaluation of treatment plans and client progress.
- Attend weekly supervision sessions for clinical oversight and professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse caseload addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other common mental health concerns. This role emphasizes compassionate, recovery-oriented care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health discipline.
- Registered in California as one of the following: AMFT (Associate Marriage and Family Therapist), ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), or APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor).
- Basic proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Strong clinical judgment, ethical standards, and commitment to growth.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience (internships and practicum experience count).
- Training or experience with evidence-based modalities is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 65,000 – 85,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
